Q: CAN I ORDER MIXED SIZING FOR SWIMWEAR?

A: Due to a mixed number of sizes and variances in our inventory we cannot offer any mixed  sizing for our tops & bottoms. However if you’d like to purchase 2 sets of the same piece so that you can get mixed sizing we do offer a special 50% off discount code for orders that apply. At checkout use code MIXEDSIZE to redeem your 50% off discount. Thanks for understanding and sorry for any inconvenience.

Q: WHAT IF I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?

A: If you accidentally shipped your package to the wrong address we can cancel your order and change the shipping information if your product has not left our facility. If you package has already shipped please visit our carriers website here. They will be able to "intercept" your package and deliver it to the right location. 

Q: DO YOU OFFER A REFUND IF I DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCT?

A: Absolutely! We offer a full refund on your order if you don't like the product. Simply visit our refund policy page for complete details.

Q: HOW MANY FREE ITEMS CAN I GET

A. During our free giveaways the max amount we can give to one customer per household is 8 pieces. Our standard shipping will be charged on our free items.

Q: HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also visit our website at any time and click on our Tracking page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

Q: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

A: If you order with us and wish to cancel you can do so. However it must be done within the first 48 hours after your purchase. If not, your shipment will already be packaged and getting ready for shipment. You will have to wait until your receive your order and then we can work with you on refunding it.

Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

A: Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. If our shipment has any issues getting to your international shipping address we will contact you.

Q: HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

A. Our shipping times currently range from 10-14 business days but can & may exceed those times due to holidays, low stock, & or back orders. We thank you for your patience on your swimwear!

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.
